Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Sometimes you just feel that need for sweet white bread that makes your kitchen smell like heaven. Halfway through the process you wonder if it's worth the work/wait and the dishes you have to wash. But then you're really proud of how beautiful the hand-kneaded dough looks as it rises. Finally, you get to present to your husband the most gorgeous loaf and you eat way more carbs that you're supposed to in one sitting. Yeah, that's how it was with these loaves from this recipe. Mine were done baking in 35 minutes instead of 45.
